Stats for week Feb 9th-13th. There is no turning back we 36 weekers now!!!!!!

My good friend at home who is due March 6th is going into the hospital tomorrow for them to "Flip" the baby...they do it in L&D in case it puts her into labor...it seems to me all the boys are breech, do we have any girls that are breech?

Thankfully my boy is not breech. He is head down and ready! I think Curls her baby is breech?

April I had no clue I had dropped. My belly had been measuring 4 weeks ahead. Then yesterday it was right at 34 and where he was measuring was lower than usually. He said well you have drop a nice bit. That is the only way I know. OH and the fact that the bottom of my belly now peeks out of my shirts so you can my stretch pant part.

Week: 37 weeks
Weight Gain so far: + 3 Total of 20 lbs.
Blood Pressure: 120/56
Belly measurement: 37 weeks
Dilation/Effacement: get checked next week
Urine: + for sugar
Next appt: Next Tues.

Other: Well....the amniotic fluid was low last week and he said the baby was small. I am scheduled for another u/s next Tues @ 2:15 to measure and check the amniotic fluid again. If it is low and she is still small, they are inducing me earlier. I want her out, but that made me a little nervous.

Try not to worry. Babies grow at such different rates and intervals. It's why they're doing weekly appts now. Maybe she was positioned a little different?

I hope that is the case. Like I said, I am ready but damn....to think I could have her in a week...that is a little overwhelming to me! Then the sugar thing kicking it's ugly head again...what a PIA!

Other: I've had a good amount of swelling lately. Yesterday I woke up with tight skin on my feet and ankles that didn't go down until last night. She said today that's normal and that since there's been no sudden weight gain, there's no cause for concern.

Weight Gain so far: I'm still not comfortable sharing but it's more then 50,

Other: Nothing too exciting to report, at the last ultrsaound I got some great 3d images and he is so cute! He's in the 53% percentile for growth which is very good.

Week: 37 Weeks 5 days

Belly measurement: 36 weeks 5 days
Dilation/Effacement: They didn't check but by my choice. They said the more they check, the quicker I will dilate. So they are holding out until next week.

Other: I am crossing my fingers that she holds out until at least Feb 20th but I would still love to have a March baby.

Oh boo! I've given up...I'm a few days behind you and have gained 47..and guess what? I DON'T CARE! Not even a little bit. You look fantastic and we'll both have very "healthy" babies! Embrace the chub!

I am sure that by now I am 50+. I stopped exercising and am letting nature take over for the rest of the pregnancy. I am still trying to eat right, but that last week am going to eat anything I want to. I am going to indulge!!!!!! I will have a lot of work to do after the baby gets here. I figure that the belly is taking the focus away from other areas at this point. People walk up to me and say "Oh, my God!" I hope they are talking about the belly! I actually told the lady at Starbuck's that I only had three more weeks left when I really have four.

Armywife I am just curious why are you having to do NST 2x a week?

Awe you ladies always know how to make me feel better! You all look so great and will continue to look amazing after our LO's arrive.

Dee- They will be doing an NST twice a week because I have a blood clotting disorder that has caused 2 previous miscarriages. I used be on an injectable blood thinner but am down to just a baby aspirin a day now. They want to make sure the baby is not under any stress as it could be a sign that a clot is forming. I have seen a perintologist throughout my pregnancy as well but just had my last appointment with him last week. Everything has gone great with this pregnancy and my OB doesn't want to take any chances, she wants me to bring this baby home!!!

I was just curious because I also have NST done weekly. I am glad everything is going well! I love being able to listen to my little man. Its really funny when he kicks and the monitor makes a loud noise.

Shannon, I have 6+ weeks to go, and I say "next month" when people ask me. I ignore "the end of" before that, because I've started getting the big eyes and twins questions. Oh well. He's a big one!

Week: 36 (tomorrow)
Weight Gain so far: 14lbs
Blood Pressure: 120/70 (a little higher than usual- but i spoke to my mother before the appt- and she is making me crazy lately)
Belly measurement: 36cm
Dilation/Effacement: 1cm (YEAH!- I know I have a long way to go- but I feel good about this)

Tests: Had the strep B today.

Other: Still on modified bedrest because of the contractions I have been having.

These are stats from the hospital, since I went in again for preterm labor...

Belly measurement: they didn't say, but did mention I am measuring small...
Dilation/Effacement: nothing... I don't dialate even though I have been in labor for almost a month (off and on)

Tests: FFN was on the cusp of neg and pos so I am supposed to be on strict bedrest...

Other: I am so looking forward to reaching 36 weeks because at that point I can stop taking trabutaline for the contractions and I should at that point have a new c-section date!! I would like to make it to March 11th, this way my mom's bday is 2-11, mine is 7-11, sister is 9-11 and my new little princess will join the females with 3-11!! I think that would be fun!

Other: Jake's head has dropped more and the NST went great! At my next appt I will be scheduling my induction for week 39. So after Feb 23rd. My OB does them on Monday and Fridays. He only schedules 3 a day so as long as the schedule is open there is a possibility that I will be induced on Feb 27th!

I havent gotten my brownie fix either.. my apt is later today so ill update later on. Hopefully we'll here more on the newest arrival by then.
