Since we are all getting so close I figured each week I would start a new thread.

My next apt is on the 12th so I will update then..........I can't wait!!!!!!!!! Oh and my 4D ultrasound is this Friday!!!!!

I have an appt tomorrow morning. Keep your fingers crossed that nobody goes into labor overnight, my ob is the one on-call for tomorrow.

I just went yesterday, so I'll give my stats for this visit....

Weight Gain so far: 29 lbs!!
Blood Pressure: 114/68
Belly measurement: measuring about 31 weeks
Urine: neg
Next appt: Jan 20th
Tests: none this week
Baby's sex: girlie
Baby's name: Jolee
Other: My iron was low when they did the glucose test so I am taking extra iron. My doc also has denyed my request for another u/s!!! I know that they say a girl, but I want confirmation!! He said believe that this is a girl, He doesn't want to do any unnessasary tests!

Weight Gain so far: 15 lbs
Blood Pressure: 110/60ish
Belly measurement: 29in
Urine: yellow
Next appt: Jan 12
Tests: Failed 3 hr GD test. Have to meet with dietician this week and check blood sugar 4 times a day. I also have increased iron.
Baby's sex: Female
Baby's name: Evelyn Marielle (Evie)
Other: I am just happy to feel better and more like myself again. Now, if i could catch up on my work- so I could spend more time with you girls!

I went on New Year's Eve, so I'm a week behind.

Weight Gain so far: 25 lbs
Blood Pressure: 113/63 (if I remember right)
Belly measurement: He didn't say this time, but at every other appointment I've been measuring a week ahead
Urine: Normal
Next appt: 1/16/09 (31 weeks)
Tests: Low iron - put me on supplements
Baby's sex: Boy
Baby's name: Owen David
Other: I'm so excited that we're getting so close! Just hoping to keep my weight down and not gain as much as last time (60 lbs!!! )

Next appt: Next wednesday...I go every week now.
Tests: All have been great

Baby's name: Abigail Faith
Other: Abigail is almost 4 lbs now. My cervix remains short but stable at this point. We are hoping for another 5 weeks!! I will continue the progesterone shots until 36 weeks which is February 12th, the day before my 33rd birthday!

Even though my next appointment is on the 12th, and I am making one today for a quick checkup... I'll post my stats from last appointment, and then update after my appointments!

Weight Gain so far: 34 pounds (as of December 22nd)
Blood Pressure: Don't remember exactly, it's either normal, or on the low side.
Belly measurement: No idea ...
Urine: Fine?
Next appt: Monday!
Tests: All of my tests have been positive.

Baby's name: Naminai Phoenix... not sure if we're keeping that middle name, though.

PS- Jillian, i love the pick for your little girls name. I wanted Jolie but DH said no he thinks of Angelina Jolie...but i LOVE it!

Rylan&Baby'sMommy - you have already started your internals? Are you being monitored for high risk? I don't think I will start my internals until Week 36.

LGTWifey- yes and no im not high risk....doc told me they dont start until 37 weeks, but i woke up at 2:20 yesterday morning with contractions that were 10 mins apart and went on for 4 hours and then they eased up but i was still having then 2-4 times a hour...So i had my appt set for yesterday anyway so i told her and she wanted to check me. She prob wont check again until 37 weeks unless i have another wave of contractions. When she was like im going to check your cervix i said GEEZ i was not looking forward to this starting already...she said its still long but a finger tip open so i looked what that equals to and it says 1cm...

I just got back from my appt.

Next appt: 2 weeks, Jan 21
Tests: nothing this time
Baby's sex: waiting for surprise

Other: I had my u/s for growth last week Tues, the baby measured right at the 50% for weight, so s/he is right on track!

Belly measurement: 29.1

Tests: none, until 36 weeks

Baby's name: still thinking about that we have a few possibilities but nothing that we both LOVE. it maybe that we wait to see what LO looks like then go from there
Other: I'm cranky as hell, and a lil depressed I hope that it goes away , it could be that all i have wanted to do for the last few days was crawl into my bed and stay there.

Weight Gain so far: 6 lbs.....yeah, I know, it's beyond weird.
Blood Pressure: 115/62, something around there
Belly measurement: 28 cm. (I'm almost 30 weeks)
Urine: they didn't have me do it today for some reason....been normal so far, though.
Next appt: January 21, 2009

Baby's sex: boy
Baby's name: Bennett James
Other: Had an ultrasound again today to rule out Down's, since they saw those cysts on the brain at my 20 week appt. Everything is normal and the baby is measuring about 3 lbs. 12 oz., so just about average. Thank goodness it's not a behemoth.

Nivette, I see that your first born's name is Ellerie, my BF loves that name and is sad she is done having children, because she is madly in love with that name. So cute.

Were the cysts gone? Glad that everything turned out great

Thanks, I think we found that name online and we fell in love! I have only heard of a couple others, which was the point Yeah, the tech didn't mention anything else about the cysts, so I'm assuming they are gone. She said that everything was normal, thank goodness.
