Sorry to hear that things are moving so slowly. I hope it will pick up quickly for you soon. It's no fun to be there and not having things progress.

Labor is so upredictable. I have had 2hr labors with 3 pushes and i have had stalled labors for an entire day. With Grayson my water broke at home at 2:30pm and i didnt have him till 5:40am the next day.. but i wasnt in labor the entire time.. maybe 6 hrs.. took me 30 min to push him out. Its very annoying! But worth it in the end.

Dee ... i hope things speed up for ya.

I will have to check our hospital to see if they have a laptop.

Still waiting....contractions every couple minutes, but the epidural has stopped it from hurting.....doctor has broken water so we're waiting patiently...

Hang in there Dee! It's good you have internet to keep you occupied, though I'm sure nothing online is going to completely take your mind off of the task at hand. I hope you get to meet him tonight!

Hang in there...it will be well worth it, and for a first time labor you are doing just great, a lot of first time labors last 20+ hours and that is super normal.

Dee...hang in there girlie! I know you are so excited to meet your little man! I am hoping for you that the pushing has began!!

Dee is the proud mother of a beautiful baby boy Jacob Shawn. He was born at 4:14am from a C-section, he is 8lbs 11 oz and 21 inches long, and blood sugar is great. Dad will upload pictures later

Dee--I'm so sorry you ended up having to have a c/s...but the important thing is that you and baby are doing super duper good!! We can't wait to see pictures of your prince!!! Hope your recovery will go quickly--I guarantee you will spend the next days just staring at your little man!!! Way to go!!!
