I was talking to Dee last night on facebook and she is being induced today. She was a little anxious and nervous, but today she gets to meet Jake! We are all wishing you a quick delivery and praying all goes well for you!!

Hello ladies,

They gave me some meds at 8am, 3cm and 80%. I am having some contractions now but I have a feeling its going to be a long day. Walking around some trying to get things on the road!

Good luck! Did they send you home to labor for awhile after the meds or are you writing us from the hospital?

I am writing from the hospital. They check the babies heartbeat every 30 mins so I am here until he comes. My OB comes back at 1pm to check on me and if I need more meds then adminster those.

Look at you Dee...updating us yourself WHILE in labor! You rock!

LOL, I was thinking that too. But she knows that I we worry when we don't hear from our girls!!!

omg i so have to ask now lol.. i had no idea some hospitals provide them!!

The doctor came in around 1pm and gave me another round of meds. I was still at 3cm. He will be back around 4-4:30 and break my water if it hasn't broke before then. Contractions aren't intense yet, but I do have an IV ready to go for pain meds when I need them. Things are still going really slow. I hope to meet Jake by this evening.

im sorry its going so slow! im getting induced at 39weeks (march 18th) if he doesnt get here on his own by then and i would hate to be at the hospital that long without much happening so i will pray that within the next two hours you jump to at least 7cm and ur water breaks so u can meet ur lil man by this evening !!!
