Boob Problems Empty Boob Problems

So my right boob has been hurting for the last 6 weeks or so. Like to the point were I have to squezze it to let it down. It hurts like hell. Anybody else going through this already, or am I the only lucky one?

In the last week mine have been more sensitive and achy at times. I didn't know if they are preparing for milk production? It has been six years since I last b/f so I am not sure that they will "remember" until after the baby is born. Maybe you are starting to produce and you have a clogged duct?
