Surprise Baby Shower Wording

So I talked to my mom and she said she is not sure if she will be throwing me a shower/sprinkle or not. 
However she told me to get DH'S side of the family's address's to her just in case.
She also asked me to pick out some baby shower wording I like. From regular wording to surprise wording.
So now I am pretty sure she is trying to pull this off as a surprise.
I have looked online and can not find anything cute for a surprise shower. So does anybody have anything?

OK I think I may have come up with something. What do you gals think. The first part is funny because it is so true.
All my mom will have to do is write in the info, or have my DH do it on here since I have it saved.
There once was a time when we all heard her say,
“I'm done, that’s it...three kids, call it a day.”
But now that expression "I'm done" is in the past.
There's going to be another BABY BOY but,
will this be the last?- OH YES IT WILL!!!!!!!

That sounds really cute... I hope ur mom does something...
My family and friends had a small shower for me with my second, since we had 6+ years between the kids, but now we're having our 1st Girl! So, I kinda hoping for another sprinkle for clothes and stuff... hope that's not selfish, but i'm pretty much starting over. I have most of the big stuff, so that's not a problem
