u/s results, it's a... updated with pics

Girl!!!! I am so shocked!!!! I'll put up a pic later, but I wanted to let u girls know!!!!

I got a cd of the u/s so I have to go through the pics!!

DH is out looking for a shotgun now..

But I think I'm gonna beg doc to send me for another to confirm, in a few weeks or something,, cause I just can't believe it!!!
Or if he says no, then I guess I'll have to pay for it!!! DH almost fell over!!
There are only and I mean only boys from his dad's side, He is one of 5 boys, we have 2 boys, his brother has 1 boy... there hasn't been a boy in FIL's family in like 40 years, that's what they tell me ....
so everyone is thrilled, but i'm afraid to find out --- oh no, that's just a little tiny penis haha

LADIES! Can you please help me??? I've been trying to find a place around me (and definitely willing to travel) that does 3D/4D ultrasounds. We would like to pay for one around Christmas time and frame the photos & give them as gifts. My 20 week U/S is next week, but it is only 2D. Everyone has told me to try to google it, and I'm just not having any luck! I dont know if I'm doing it wrong or what!! I live in Sherburne NY - some bigger cities near me are Binghamton, NY, Utica, NY & Syracuse, NY. Can someone please help?!

Thank you so much for those links!! I called all the places that were anywhere near me and none of them take people "off the street" - only their own patients. I'm running out of PATIENCE! When I first got pregnant, I found a place & really cheap! Then come to find out they changed their proceedures and only do their own patients now as well. BOOOOHOOOOOO!!! I dont know where else to look.

I had the same problem in my area and ended up having to drive 3 hours to get to one. I go back in January for the 3D part. Maybe ask your doctor next time you go in. They might know of a place that will do it for you.

The cd was mostly pics from measurements, I'm kinda dissappointed that there aren't that many that u can tell what they are..
and it doesn't look like she took a still shot of the goods. But we were looking around for a few minutes, and no penis to be found!! haha hopefully it's not just hiding or very small... poor thing. But We are 95% sure it's a girl, but I have heard those stories... that they're told girl, girl, girl, and come to find out either right before or at birth, oh IT"S A BOY! so I think I am going to look into another u/s just to be sure!!hehe

Jillian, congrats!!! that's amazing considering yours and DH family background. Oh man, she better watch out. I feel sorry for any of her future boyfriends, they will have a lot to contend with!

Sorry you have having such a hard time finding a 4D U/S place. My drs. office does them, but my placenta is anterior (???) and it completely blocks any and all 4D pictures. So unfortunately I could not get any either.

I would keep searching, there has to be someone that does it in your town, or at least near your town, not just for their patients either. GL on your search!
