contraction question
I am having contractions every 6ish minutes..that hurt like crazy...then there are contractions in between each of the other contractions that just make my stomach hard and feel like period cramps...can you have real contractions and bh at the same time?

Holy crap, are you in labor?? We're going to have so many babies this week! Sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but keep us posted and good luck! ![Very Happy](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_biggrin.png)

Re: contraction question
Keep timing those contractions and put a call in. If they are painful it could be the real thing! I was thinking about you today (as I was puking) and was hoping that you start to feel better. I can't believe that you were sick your entire pregnancy. I was too but, the second time was much easier.

Re: contraction question
Good luck and keep us posted. I would call and ask. I am no help either, other than my OB told me once the contractions are 3 mins apart to call him.

Re: contraction question
Contractions 6 minutes apart sound serious...you should definitely put a call in and see what they say! I know that BH seem to focus down low, like period-type cramps, but I think (it's been too long since I was in labor) the real things are more in the lower back/wrapping around to entire belly area....but someone please correct me if I'm wrong!!! KUP!!

Re: contraction question
Definitely sounds like it could be labor!!! How exciting! Glad you called your midwife. My dr. told us to come to the hospital (an hour away) when my contractions are 5 min. apart for an hour straight. But w/ my first, they told me to wait till I couldn't talk during the actual contractions. That ended up being 6 hrs of labor at home and 14 more at the hospital. YIKES! Keep us updated girl!! Good luck!

I just realized we're board buddies, so let me know if anything happens and I'll be sure to keep everyone updated
At least we're not doing this labor thing at the same time....although it would be nice to be done.... ![Razz](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_razz.gif)
