A Question! Empty A Question!

Well they bumped my next appointment up to today (it was supposed to be on the 9th)... and I was wondering if I could suggest an Ultrasound to find out the gender of the baby, or do I have to wait until they say it's time?? It seems like a lot of you girlies are finding out early, and I am almost 19 weeks along... Smile

Just tell them you want to know the gender if possible. It should be possible if they can get a good shot of the privates.

BTW- what hospital are you using? I think I remember that you were from Lowell or Lawrence, right?

Sounds good! And also, I think I have a bladder infection... No I'm so glad they bumped my doctor's appointment up, I would've been in the emergency room all morning waiting for medicine.

EDIT: I'm mostly likely going to be having the baby at Lowell General... that's if we don't move, which we are planning to do

Hopefully your ob suggests to make the apt for your u/s. I am delivering in Leomister this time. This will be my 3rd time there, i have had one in Worcester, one in Gardner and one in Greenfield. I like to hop around. hehe

Let us know how your apt goes.

The appointment went well... heartbeat was 140BMP, which is good! I got prescribed chewable vitamins, which I'm excited about because I can't swallow those huge pills anymore, and they took a urine culture to test... the results won't be in for about two days they said... No I don't think I can wait that long, it burns when I pee, and it is sooo uncomfortable I can't stand it!! Evil or Very Mad

I had a bladder infection last week. I called my OB office and told them what was going on, and they called me in meds. I would give your OB a call and tell them how bad itis and that you can not wait.

Kboogie: No No It's my fault, though... I didn't mention it at all, I just wanted to get out of there, we had been waiting in the office for over two hours, ridiculous!

And actually, the infection seems to have subsided... it could still be there, but it doesn't hurt when I pee anymore, I should just keep drinking lots of water and wait for them to call in.
