Re: Boys Names
well you gave him plenty of options...he doesn't like ANY of those? That's tough... I have a nephew named Sloane... I really like that and it's kind of similar to some of your name choices

Re: Boys Names
I have a Grayson
I also have a Logan.. but you living right in Boston or in the vacinity.. Logan might not be the best choice. I still like the name. I live 2 hrs from Logan Airport.
My only boy names are
Connor
Simon
Mason
And he said no to them all

Re: Boys Names
Thats the way to do it! We are really hoping for a girl. Im sure you have heard me say that more then a 100x's. Her name will be Sequoia Autumn. We have had that name picked out for 11 1/2 yrs.
Re: Boys Names
Wow, that alot of vetoed names! I think a lot of the names on your list are great, especially Colton

Re: Boys Names
Good luck with the hubby. Mine gave me free reign for our daughter's name...now that we're having a boy his obsessed with a name for him. He hates just about everything I have suggested. We've only agreed on Colton (I see that's on your list ).
He really wants to name him Caymen, which is african for alligator I think. I hope I've put an end to that.

Re: Boys Names
Sounds like my hubby...he didn't like any names (boy or girl) that I suggested! But we finally narrowed them down and I'm so excited!!
Boy - Ronin
Girl - Phoenix
Boy - Ronin
Girl - Phoenix
Re: Boys Names
cayman is how you spell the African alligator. I think its a bit different, but not too weird. I kinda like it.
I haven't thought of any boy names cuz this one better be a girl!!

Re: Boys Names
Mine too... he seems to be a veto kind of guy. I like "Eli" though, and he said he likes "Elijah", so that is looking like our top pick, since I can call him Eli if I want to... Elias is another close option, and DH didn't veto it....
So now I'm toying with middle names... my dad's name is Richard, and it would mean a lot to him if we'd use it I'm sure, but I'm not all that keen on Elijah Richard, so we'll see... I like Thomas and Matthew, but am trying to come up with a strong 1-syllable option that I love. Hmm... may need to break down and get a name book or two. Any ideas???
If girl (but I'm convinced Peanut is a boy due to nub assessment), then perhaps Willow Addison. Those are my and DH's favorite names, so I'm thinking put them together (mine first, of course!! )

Re: Baby boy names
I really think that I am having a girl so I haven't really paid to much attention to a boy name but here is what we have agreed to that we both like:
Connor
Christian
Nathanial
Braden
If it is a boy I think we might go with Christian Nathanial

Re: Boys Names
That is quite a list that he nixed. I guess I'd want to wait to make sure it is a boy before coming up with any other names.
We aren't going to find out but have chosen a boy name. Logan Tyler.

Re: Boys Names
That's alot of names to veto... maybe one or two will grow on him... with our first my husband wanted Damien, or Damon -- they were his top picks... I said NO -- No offense if anyone likes those names or has children by those names - they were just not for me
I have a
Brennen Paul & Mason Scott Joseph
if this is a boy a possible name is Kaelan Michael Trey
girl will be Joanne Lynne -- but her nickname will be Jolee

Re: Boys Names
My SO's name is Christian I love that name. As for other boy names, we can aboslutely not agree on one. It honestly always turns into an argument. We agreed on a girl's name. But not a boy's name. And we have also agreed not to discuss it any further until we find out if it's a boy or not, to save us the trouble. The name's he comes up with are absolutely ridiculous!!
