I have added something new. Since some of us are getting very close to our weekly appt's which means our wonderful cervix checks are coming up, so I added dialation and effacement!!!! It's getting close. Birth Stories should be starting soon!!!!

I know I am only 32 weeks, but I am having soooooooo much pressure that I think I am going to ask them to check me to be on the safe side. Esp if they tell me this baby is close to 5lbs already.

Belly measurement: she said I was measuring small but didn't say number

Other: With Savanna, I had PIH, so I am guessing it is going to happen again since it is creeping up. I also have kidney stones. I was hoping for Feb. 20 to be my last day of work, but who knows now.

Weight Gain so far: 0 from my last appt, and 19 in total!!!!

Belly measurement: skipped this week since the weather was bad

Other: I went in for my u/s today. He is weighing in at 4lbs 13oz, which puts him the 72 percentile. That would make his due date March 9th, but they are not changing it since it is less that 21 days. Still looking at an induction the first week of March. He looks just like his brothers.

Forgot to add he has his feet and head messed up. They need to switch places!!!!

Week: 35W and 1D
Weight Gain so far: 0 from last Appointment ~ 27lbs so far (I think), and I checked, 1lb less than at 35W with Olivia
Blood Pressure: 123/72
Belly measurement: didn't measure this week
Dialation/Effacement: 1-2cm and 50%
Urine: No comment, so assuming it was fine
Next appt: 2/4 at 8:30am, weekly from here on out
Tests: Strep B, should have results next week
Baby's sex: Girl
Baby's name: Avery Emerson
Other: Next week we are going to officially schedule my induction, its looking like a February 24th Birthday for our little one, unless something happens sooner. She said if I start feeling contractions she won't try and stop them at this point, she will just hook me to fluids and see what happens.

Oh yeah, and head down, this girl must have the hardest butt, because I could have sworn her head was trying to escape out of my belly button, but turns out that is her butt

Other: I get an u/s next week to figure out her size. I don't know if any of the rest of you are experiencing this, but I have become the stay-puff marshmellow over the past week and now having some nerve deadening at the top of my legs due to lo's big head!

Belly measurement: Measuring good - baby was already 4 1/2 lbs at 31 weeks though and breech....
Dialation/Effacement: They didn't check
Urine: Normal
Next appt: 2/6/2009
Tests: Sonogram at next appointment to see if the little guy decided to turn around and see how big he has gotten

Other: I have decided not to do the ECV if he doesn't turn. Seems like more risk than reward...

Welcome back!! I'm right there too....I had a breach pg with DS #2 and they wanted to turn him also---I said no way and ended up having a c-section which was a good choice as his arms were stuck behind his head!! Everyone's stats look great--we're nearing the end girls!!

Other: She is weighing about 5 1/2 pounds and doc said he would induce at 37 weeks if she hasn't been born yet.

Weight Gain so far: Still at 13lbs...no weight gain this 2 weeks.

Belly measurement: 33cm
Dialation/Effacement: cervix still long and closed.
Urine: negative
Next appt: 2/9
Tests: Internal check. GSB at 35 weeks

Other: After the internal I started to bleed. Has me completely freaked out since it hasn't stopped yet. Their idea of spotting and mine are totally different. Anyway, they figure since my cervix is still long and closed that it was just BH and I should keep drinking lots of water.

Jenni - I bled a little this time too, first time I bled during an internal, but she had warned me about it so I didn't freak too much, but I was surprised since it never happens to me...

How long did the bleeding last? I'm concerned it's been like 18 hours now.

Belly measurement: 31.5 cm
Dialation/Effacement: They don't do internal exams except for the Strep unless something out of the ordinary calls for it
Urine: Always normal
Next appt: 2/12 and then I change over to weekly!

Other: I had an ultrasound to measure growth at this appt and everything measured good. She's going to be a little small I think since both her parents are under 5'8". Her measurements put her at around 4lbs 5ounces. We didn't get to see her sweet little face because she was head down, posterior. Hope she stays that way!!!

I love the name Lily!

Jenni - it started the morning after my appointment and lasted that entire day, but I never needed more than just a pantiliner. And it was brown, not blood red...

That is sucha cute pic of Olivia, just have to tell ya!!
