important update on Andrea

hi ladies, well yesterday was aweful, I started bleeding alot at 630 am and thet rushed me into OR i thought that was it but thet gave me 3 units of blood and my bleeding slowed alot. Contractions were every 3 min. and so strong, but with not much blood. Dh arrived before the ice storm. i sure was glad about that. then at 1 am i begain hemoraging so the took me back again and said time to deliver. dh had to stay out cuz they put me out. at 136 Madison Dawn was born. i was 28 weeks. she wieghed 2lbs 10 oz. She is doing well so far and so beautiful. i tried to upload a pick to photobucket from my cell but for some reason it wouldnt work.i will continue to stay on board with you all as my baby will be cooking up here for prolly the rest of gestation. im heading to visit her now and will keep you all updated.

Andrea--wow!!!! I hope you are ok and so so glad to hear that baby Madison is doing so well!!! I'm sure she's a fighter liker her mother!! Best wishes to you both and I hope that you'll continue to heal and have a happy holiday with your baby girl.

OMG Andrea. I was just coming to tell you I mailed out your package and saw this. I am so sorry you had to go threw that. I hope Madison is doing well. I can not wait to see pictures. She was pretty good size for a 28 weeker tho.

You need to rest and send postive vibes to Madison as we will all do the same.

Andrea I'm sorry to hear that she wouldn't stay in any longer, but I'm happy that you both are doing well. Please keep us posted and I’ll pray my hardest for the two of you as you stay in the hospital to make your LO as strong as possible.

That's so scary, but CONGRATULATIONS on your new daughter! I'm glad she's staying strong and doing well. I know it's a tough road ahead, but you are in all of our thoughts and we are all hoping for the best!

Wow, that made me cry! Congrats to the new baby and let us know how YOU are doing too! Technology and the medical world is AMAZING! a baby at 28 weeks!! It really is a miracle, and a blessing that you were there in the hospital Congrats and good luck!

Andrea... I am so sorry that the pregnancy couldnt hang on any longer. But thankfully it was later on so in it so she has a good chance. Please keep us posted and keep trying to post that picture. We would all love to see beautiful Madison.

Congrats on your little one. I am so glad to hear she is such a fighter. I am so sorry you had to go through all of this, but WOW....what a good size baby for 28 weeks. Congratulations on your baby Madison Dawn! I'm sorry to hear what you had to go thru and that she wasn't able to stay put longer. However, it sounds like she is a little fighter, what a nice weight for her age. I'm going to go check out the picture thread now.

OMG- I have been without internet due to the storms here...so when I got to work this morning- this is the first thing I read. I am so glad you both are doing well! And the little photo is so adorable. Congrats on your beautiful baby! I am going to post a birth announcements thread- since we have our first baby!
