I was just wondering the same thing knowing that you went in to have your u/s today!! How did it go??? Hope all is okay.

Well.. 1st of all the baby had no markers for downs...YEAHHHHH
And they told me its a GIRL!!!
I guess ill have 6 girls and 1 boy. But shes healthy so thats what matters..
Then they told me I do have placenta previa, that just sounds so scarey to me. Ive never heard so much stuff that could be dangerous until today.
I will need to go back on Dec. 9 for another u/s up there to check that problem.
So while up in Iowa city i went shopping for baby at Carters. That was a fun and exciting thing to do after the appt.

about the placenta previa. I think there is time for that to correct itself, a friend had that diagnosed at her U/S when she was around 5 months , and it soon corected itself, so I'm sending hopeful thoughts ur way!!!

Yeah I am so happy . Well hey at least I can shop for girl things even if I get my u/s and they say it is another boy. Which I am sure it will be.

Hooray, Andrea... wonderful news about your healthy baby girl! I'm so glad all is well... and at least placenta previa is something the docs can manage, especially since they are aware of it early.

I am so happy that everything is okay and all results were good. Oh, and girls are wonderful.....I am having another one also.
