What's for supper tonight?

Grilled steak tips, Baked Potatoes, Peas.. Yummo! But i do all the cooking around here

leftover meat loaf from last night....BLAH!!!

i made brats with bbq potato chips...i was lazy
i did however just eat bag of popcorn and a snickers ice cream bar...dh being on night shift is gonna make me fat

Since DH is cooking it'll probably be mac & cheese! Although last night he made meatloaf and mashed potatoes...mmmmm! Whatever, I don't care as long as I don't have to cook it!

We are haveing some chicken nuggets and home made potato logs and green beans and corn on the cob.

Oh crap! I knew I was forgetting something tonight! Looks like we will be having pizza for dinner tonight! I wonder if I can talk dh into picking up a pie on the way home too? hmmm.... Last night we had steak, mashed potatoes and corn. Does that count for anything? LOL

I've had it great this week...my mom is visiting so she's been cooking every night!!! My mom is filipino so she's been cooking some yummy filipino food!! I'm getting so spoiled...I'm going to be so sad when she's gone!

Ugh. I don't feel like cooking at all. I wonder if I can get away with cereal?!

Cereal is good.. We are doing Chicken Patty on hamburger buns with cheese, lettuce and tomato and baked fries.. cheap and easy! Its Friday!!

i want french onion soup from applebee's but the hubby is not going for it...so who know what we will have prob hot dogs and mac and cheese...something easy!

Tonight we are having my favorite Indian Food! Chicken Tikka Masala and Samosas.

Dh is working and I'm feeling too lazy too cook. It is Domino's Pizza night so pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread.

My husband is picking up burritos from an awesome place in Boston...I cant wait

I put on a sweetshirt that says BOSTON on Logan (4) so now he keeps saying.. I go to Boston Night at the Museum! lol He is dying to go to Boston again. We took them all to the Childrens Museum but its been awhile since we have done the Science and Aquarium. Maybe someday we can meet up! I wanna take him on the T.

OMG- I noticed we have several Mass girls on here. We should try to do a meetup. I love the science museum and aquarium!

omg, I am a HUGE fan of Indian food!!! I cannot help but stuff myself with a feast of all my faves on a regular basis...

Mmmm I love butter chicken too! I think I read that the butter refers to the way the chicken melts in your mouth rather than the 3lbs used in the sauce. lol! I use this really easy recipe from the food network for butter chicken when I need a quick Indian food fix. It uses a rotisserie chicken, and doesn't take long at all. Soup and Grilled Cheese...I am still dealing with the icky stomach feeling so I felt like I needed something simple and safe.

Tonight we had hamburgers, french fries and broccoli!

i dont have a name for it it has....chicken, potatoes, and green beans in it...i will tell you how to make it....its very easy to make and you just throw it in the oven!!!

all you need is
- chicken breast (cut up into strips or cubes)
- can of sliced potatoes (or you can use real ones and slice)
- can or frozen green beans or any veggie of your choice (my dad used to make with onions and pepers)

drain juice from canned goods

throw all that into a glass pan pour a little oil over everything mix and add bread crumbs....mix it up and a little more bread crumbs to the top and throw in the oven on 350 degrees for about 45-1 hour and stir about every 20 mins! Its sooooo YUMMY!

we had roast lastnight so i use left over roast to make my vegetable soup. its been in crockpot since this morning and will simmer all day. its a big hit at my house on cool nights like tonight will be.
