Dr appt today

The OB said Abby is about 7 pounds now! I am 36 weeks 1 day!! My pre-e hasn't gotten any worse. As I mentioned in another thread I have been contracting regularly since 5 this morning. I really think we are going to be heading to the hospital in the next 24 hours! They are starting to pick up strength.

EEeek!! Keep us posted!! Good luck and definitely go in if they are getting stronger and closer together!!!

Keep us posted!!! How far apart are the contractions now? Did your OB hook you to a monitor to watch your contractions?

They are currently 6-7 minutes apart. I just hope they are dilating my cervix....although at 7 pounds I'm not sure she's coming vaginally anyway. My oldest was my biggest at 5 lbs 12 oz (a 36 wkr) and he had shoulder dystocia. OB even had pre-op blood work done today just in case we need it. He said if I did go to my due date we would be expecting a 9 pounder! YIKES

No, I don't have a board buddy. I must have missed it.

I am still at home. Waiting for hubby to come home and see if walking will help move things along.
