Moving Day Tomorrow!

The day has finally arrived... our closing date ... and moving day! Of course, right now we're being pounded by a HUGE snow/sleet/ice storm.. but tomorrow is the day!! I'll be able to check the board at work.. but unless I can steal internet at the new house, I wont have full net access until Wednesday when our cable/road runner is hooked up at the new place.

Just wanted to let you all know.. dont miss me too much..haha.

Good luck with the move Sarina! We are getting the same storm here. YOu better not be moving stuff and doing much lifting. You will be a hurting unit later on! Go easy! Cant wait to find out how it all goes.

The move went smoothly. Had a lot of help, since I can't lift anything. Bean's Daddy helped (obviously), my mom, and a two guys she works with. We had everything moved out of the old place and into the new place in under 3 hours. I spent all weekend unpacking, and making my house pretty. SO and I put up the Christmas tree yesterday - all up & lit, just not decorated. I went to bed last night at 7:45 pm because I was EXHAUSTED. I got almost everything unpacked and decorated - except the wall hangings/decorations in the kitchen, I was just too tired. Tonight I'll probably tackle that and then start putting the Christmas decorations on the tree and up around the house. Once it's done I'll take some pictures for you all to see

Bad news is, I can't pull any unlocked wireless internet signals from anywhere.. apparently all my surrounding neighbors are "smart" and have their connections locked because I pulled THREE locked signals... grr.. darn stingy netters..haha. But, Time Warner will be out on Wednesday to hook us up. Meanwhile I have access at work.. shh, dont tell..haha.

Thanks for asking!! I can't wait until all the XMas decorations are up, I think it'll really make it feel like home.

3 Hours, you LUCKY DUCK. The last time we moved it was HOURS, and when I say HOURS, I am talking a good 12+ Hours, it was awful, made me realize how happy I am that we bought a bigger house so we don't have to move now that we are expanding...can't wait to see pictures!!!
