I was told 2 or 3 tablets. I haven't used any yet, but I took all the plastic wrappers off the tube so that when I need them I can quickly get to them.
Test a new ketone strip at the same time you use a prescription one, see if they give you the same result. Hopefully there will be no variance and you can save yourself some money.
When we have pizza night, I stick to 2 or 3 small squares. But first I try to fill up on salad. Try that next time and see how you do. So much of this is live & learn.
