Chest Pain... Maybe gas???? Advice please

I dont have any tums or other gas meds only Bean O and i dont think that will help. It doesnt feel like normal heart burn either.. man it just hurts! Any food ideas that might take the place of meds?

Try yogurt...its the only thing that makes my prenatle vitamins bearable. It may help your tummy. If not maybe bread or something to soak up some extra acid...there is one thing and it kind of ick but helps when there is nothing else...baking soda water. Its a base so it helps neutralise stomach acid...but its not to tasty.

Thank you.. I will try yogurt and bread for sure cause i have those. The pain comes and goes.. but when it comes man it hurts. Its right between my breasts.

Hmmmm. Have you had any issues w/ your galbladder? Does your back hurt when you get your chest pain?

It did pass after i went to bed. I ate the yogurt and bread.. not sure if thats what did it.. but what a relief!

Glad it went away. I had heartburn so bad with my first I could have sworn I could breath fire. I tried everything and nothing worked...finally I drank milk and it seemed to help. (I hate milk btw) But it seemed to make it better at least temporarily.

On a side note...has anyone heard the OWT that if you have really bad heartburn your baby will be born with a lot of hair? It didnt work for me...how about you?

This is Grayson, my last ds, as a newborn. All but 2 of my kids had tons of black thick long hair down the back of the neck. With Grayson no heartburn.
