Crib bumpers with only 3 sides??

This is the set I want to buy in case it is a boy. It looks like it only has 3 sides on the bumper. I've never seen that before. Do they make them this way now, in selected styles, for the convertible cribs? I have a traditional crib, so this wouldn't work.

I can always buy it and return it to the store, but then I lose out on shipping charges. I wish it was available in the store so I could see it first. I love this set, and I need it to be inexpensive, so if it is only 3 sides it that would suck.

I picked out my bedding from toys r us also. The bedding is by NoJo too. Here is a picture of mine. It shows the bumper rolled up for the 4th side. Interesting about the one you picked out. I would think it would be 4 sides.

Karen it looks like it is only 3 sides. Which I have been seeing a little of. I think it is for the rail that moves up and down.

I will stick with my 4 sides.

I have never seen a 3 sided bumper before, I think its just displayed like that for the pictures...try searching other sites for the same bedding to see if you can get a different shot of it.

That bedding is really cute..very similar to mine. I think they have it on Amazon as well. By the way, you can go there for accessories for the set too. I have bought several of the accessories there for my rainforest bedding by Fisher Price. I think it must be 4 sides.

I checked it on Amazon..it has 4 sides.

I do think it's odd to limit it to 3 sides and therefore limit how many people can buy it.
