Hiccups - how often?

I feel like my pelvis is dancing usually around 2x a day. I was curious how often you feel them.

Owen gets them all the time - at least 3x a day. I've read that means his lungs are maturing, but I worry that he gets annoyed. He moves a lot when he gets them, so I wonder if they're uncomfortable to him.

I didn't vote because I've only felt them twice in all this time!

I have never felt them. However, I get them all the time now.

Jake gets them usually once a day, but some days he gets them several times. They seem to last a while too.

I had to laugh, but I'm truly sorry. I personally HATE getting the hiccups!

And Sarina, one of my bosses said that his daughter used to get them non-stop in utero, and at 22 years old, she still gets them all the time. Crazy!

My little jellybean typically gets them at least once per day--usually in the evening or when I'm getting into bed. It's hard to fall asleep with my belly dancing around!!

The hiccups dont stop in utero...they are just as annoying outside.. Gripe water helps

I love it when she has them. It actually tickles. Hehe. I've heard that when baby has them a lot in tummy, they have them a lot out of tummy. I wonder how true that will be.

My DS had them all day every day when i was preggo with him...and when he was born he got them A LOT i would feel so bad for him...he still gets them often but not everyday like he used to!

I am shocked at how long she gets them for too. Sometimes for almost 5 minutes. I feel so bad for the little gal.

Me too! Like an hour after I'm done...I think he's trying out the new flavor of the amniotic fluid and gets carried away. Oh, and of course at bed time...for like 10 minutes! DH likes to hold my stomach as we fall asleep, but he'll eventually turn over when the hiccups are keeping him up. I'm like, Hello! I don't get to just roll over! But I don't really mind.

I said every couple days. I don't think she gets them everyday...
They are annoying though.

Wow, It's so funny that I'm reading this post right now because Jorja May has the hiccups as I write. She has them ALL THE TIME!! It's crazy. Sylvi was that way to before she was born and once she came out, it didn't stop.....especially those first few weeks.

I had never heard that hiccups are a sign that their little lungs are developing. Hope that's true

I just heard when they get hiccups its from them sucking their thumb?? Who knows but little Ryder gets them at least once a day! It's cute for a minute but I would have to say with him so low it gets annoying! I feel like he is gonna come out sometimes! This whole pregnancy he has not left my cervix alone!!!!

Alyssa gets them at least twice a day! When she does it is like she gets so annoyed and constantly stirring!
My girl won't leave my v alone either. I am CONSTANTLY getting cramping and pain in the veee!! It is very annoying and I personally cannot wait for that to end!
