Off to L&D

I am having some symptoms of pre-e so my doc is sending me to L&D for some tests and monitoring. Lets hope it isn't pre-e and hopefully I'll be back soon.

I am home now. It is pre-e but mild right now. I see my OB tomorrow. I was really hoping they wouldn't induce me! I'm going to bed cause I have a killer headache.

I am glad I didn't see the original post until you were already back home, it saved me worrying about you all day - jeesh. I am glad that you are home, just take it easy. My GF had mild Pre-E and was on "Bed Rest" for the last week or so, and then was induced. Rest up while you can and keep us posted!

Sorry to hear that you have a mild case of pre-e, I sure hope it doesn't get worse. Like everyone else said, take it easy, do as little as possible and please keep us posted. I'll certainly be thinking about you!

How are you feeling today? I wouldnt even know what to look for. Its good you went to get checked out. KUP

So how was your appt today? I am glad you knew what to look for with the Pre-e. I would of had no idea.

I am feeling no better, but not really much worse either. My appointment is at 2....but I'll go at 1:30 like I usually do. LOL I am anxious to see what he says. As far as I know there isn't anything they can do other than deliver since I am already on bedrest and blood pressure meds. The worst part is this headache that just will NOT go away!

My symptoms include:
blurred vision
persistant headache
severe swelling with pitting in legs and feet
swelling in hands and face
rapid weight gain (6 pounds in three days)
elevated BP despite rest and meds
nausea and vomiting

Sorry you are still feeling bad. Hopefully your headache will ease up some. Let us know what the doctor says today. Good Luck.

How horrible. Let us know what happens today. Thank goodness you are at the end of your pregnancy when this all started. I had this with my last pregnancy. Not fun at all.
