Dh took me on a date night!

It was a lovely night just the 2 of us. We left all the kids home and went out on a date. We went to the local ski mountain where we had gift cards. It was nice to order whatever we wanted and not worry about how much we were spending. Cause it was on free! Funny thing we didnt find too much to talk about except people falling on their butts skiing down the hill! LOL After we went to Target where i saw some deals but nothing like you all are describing with the baby section being cleared out. Graco has a new girly line of gear called Mullberry. I love it! But i already have mine so its ok cause i love mine too. I bought a sports/nursing bra for delivery and after and a pair of pink/brown shoes.

Anyway... just a reminder for you all... as time approaches, try to get out one night at least with no kids and have a nice date night. Make sure to get dressed up and go somewhere nice, just the 2 of you. Then stop somewhere and pick out something small for baby. Who knows when you might be able to do it again!

That sounds like fun!! We have done dinner and a movie in the last month, but we wanted to get out again before Avery arrives, but since my parents have had Olivia so much in the last few weeks with her being sick, I feel so bad asking them to watch her, but I know they would understand.

That sounds so sweet!!! glad you had a nice time together. And thanks for the suggestion of going out one night with DH. We haven't had a date in a while and that's without having any kids yet!

HAHA I did the same thing! I ordered a cup of clam chowder..yummy! and tortelini and grilled chicken with a yummy garlic cream sauce. I ate like 10 tortelini's, a slice of chicken and all my soup.. and was FULL!!!! I actually just warmed some up and ate it a few minutes ago. mmmmm What do you order when you go to Red Lobster? We went there 2 yrs ago when we went to Florida and we hated it. The food was rubbery and over cooked.

My favorite part of Red Lobster is BY FAR the Biscuits, DELISH, and the salads are WONDERFUL, because I am madly in love with their Blue Cheese Dressing, so GOOD. Their salads are almost as good as Outbacks, and Outback has the best salads around...

Give Red Lobster another try. I've never had a bad meal there, in fact it is my absolute favorite restaurant! My must have when there, the steamed snow crab legs.

What a nice evening out! I just told my DH that we need to plan one this weekend. Maybe then I'll get to wear my "fancy dress" that I got for new year's eve but couldn't wear since I was on bedrest
