So happy to announce we are having a....

BOY!!!!

Well they are 75% sure but there were no 3 lines and what clearly appeared to be a penis vs. the cord, which was no where near his genital area. He was so active, moved all over the place. I have to go back for another u/s next Thursday because as much as we saw the spine, she couldn't get good measurements so they want to check them again next week...which is ok by me!

I also have a low lying placenta. It is not covering the cervix, which is great. They just need to watch that as well as the fibroid that they found so I'll have another u/s on 11/28. Yipee! I love seeing my little man so much!!

I almost passed out on the u/s table. I got really hot, my ears started ringing and the room got black around the edges. Apparently I started to shake my head which the tech had seen before and she asked me if I was ok and rolled me to my left side immediately. I started to feel better right away. So its true, a preggo shouldn't lay flat on her back after 4 months, now I know why!!! A cold compress worked wonders. they were able to continue the u/s after a few minutes and they just raised the table so I was in more of a sitting position.

I wake up often on my back and roll quickly. I have passed out many times due to low sugar issues. Sometimes i can catch myself woozy.. i know its a scary feeling.. glad your okay and all is good with your baby boy!

No, the white you see around the profile is from the tech, she traced his outline so that we could see it better...it's pretty cool!
