So we all know we're supposed to do them. But there are so many days I forget. Lately when I try, it seems more difficult. How about you? I feel like a slacker, please tell me I'm not the only one!

I *try* to remember to do then when sitting at the computer at work... or laying in bed watching TV.. but, sometimes I just forget. However, since I have been trying to remember, I notice I dont pee myself nearly as often when I sneeze..haha.

Here's to hoping this baby flies right out, cheers although I could not pick that choice Sad

PS: JeniDwy.. get your lil behind over to the Board Buddies post..hehehehe. Embarassed

I try to remember. I usually do it when I am going to the bathroom, just to see if I can stop it.

I rarely do them, so I voted for NEVER, but I don't pee myself at all....I can stop the stream while peeing so I guess I still have some control Smile

If I cough or sneeze...there is NO stopping it. I played hell when I had a case of bronchitis a while back. Poise was my best friend.
