what color for nursery walls?

so while im waiting to leave for the doctors...i changed my mind with the bedding....i really like this one http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3073533 what color would you paint the walls? it has the blue in it...so pretty!! and would you do 2 colors? give any advice...how you would do it

Thats so pretty. What about brown and pink stripes half way down the wall and the other half a full color down the rest. Thats what i want to do with mine. I was just shopping online at Walmart. I had changed my mind about the jungle theme bedding for if it is a boy and wanted something different. I bought the boys' version of what you just posted! That is a tough call...a few questions for you:

1) Will this room be the baby's room for a long time, or just as a Nursery? The reason I ask is, you might not want to keep Brown as a color when she moves into "big girl bedding" so if you used Brown on the walls it would mean repainting...

2) I can't really tell, but it looks like there is a darker, hot pink in the print too? Could you pull that out and use it on one wall and a lighter pink on the other walls?

3) Have you considered Chair Rail, with a light pink on top and the dark on the bottom?

I see what you mean about the blue, but not sure there is enough to pull it out, but maybe so....

For a wall color, maybe just a super light pink kind of like Sarina did in her nursery.

Yes this will be her room for a long time so i see what you mean about brown...i didnt want to do pink walls, but if that is what would look best then we might....i think a lot of it is i have to wait until i see it in person!! i can wait to order it tonight!!!

I would say for a paint color maybe a pale pale pale pink for the top then brown to match for the bottom.

I think that a light shade of the blue would be a great idea! But then again, I like bolder colors for girls...don't know why. I don't know that I would do the exact shade though, it's pretty bright! But a lighter version wouldn't be bad. And maybe do the chair railing thing with two tone. I don't know, but I LOVE the bedding!
