I know you getting ready for your c/s but we haven't heard from you in a while what is going on??? You know how we worry.

Thanks for posting, Marie! It seems so crazy around here lately it is hard to keep up with everyone. I hope all is well with Jenni and the others who have not been posting.

Hey ladies! I've had a computer virus since Friday and it was on my work computer so I just got it back and wanted to check in quickly. Today is my last day of work and Matthew will be here on Thursday!! So excited/nervous!!! I'll check back in tonight when I get home. Thanks for thinking of me!!!

Hey Jenni~ Why are you having a c/s? I know that we both had the same original due date. I am drawing a blank or maybe I missed out on why.

Woohoo!! You get your little one in just a couple more days! I know you are so excited and maybe a bit unsure about the c/s, but I'm sure all will go well! I had my c/s just a week ago and am finally feeling normal again! Good luck to you and keep us posted!!

I'm having a c-section because I had fibroids removed from my uterus last year and they had to bisect my uterus, mimicking a c-section...and because it was just a year ago, they didn't want to chance a vbac. So off I go on Thursday.

Stacey--I am nervous. I'm glad you are feeling better and I hope I have an easy recovery and feel back to normal in a weeks time!!

Now I remember. Good luck! I hear it is easier to recover from a scheduled c/s. Stacey would know!

Hi Jenni,
congrats on meeting your LO very soon. I was not scheduled for a c-section but after 5 hours of pushing it was obvious Jake was not going to enter the world that way. My c-section went very quick and I didn't feel a thing during the surgery. It was harder on me because I had tried to deliver vaginally. You going in as a scheduled c-section it will be a breeze. I was exhausted from all the pushing and having so much of the meds that I couldn't hold Jake right away. That was the hardest part of my c-section. My DH went with Jake to the nursery and later I finally got to meet my baby boy.

It has been 1 wk and 3 days since then and I am doing great. I was sore at first and took pain meds and ibuprofen around the clock. I just had to move slower than normal and remember not to push myself too hard. I haven't had much vaginal bleeding so thats a plus.

I know you are nervous but as soon as its over and you see your LO you won't remember anything!!

Jenni happy that your ok i was just worried. people have c/s all the time you will be fine.
