Yay, finally she gets to hold her LO!! I hope she can recover quickly and not feel too exhausted after such a long labor and then a c/s. Congratulations on your first nephew!! And how fun that the cousins will be close in age, I bet they'll be good friends!

How in the world does your Dr know you will only be in labor for 6 hours? I have never heard of a Dr estimating labor time....
Maire...not to freak you out, but my OB practice has a policy about not letting the Mom go past 41 Weeks because the risk of Still Birth increases between 41-42 Weeks...maybe you could ask your MW about that?

I will try at my next appointment, I just know that he will be late, I think I will be the only on the board that will go past my due date.
