Biggest Loser
OK, it's on tonight... does anyone else watch this show religiously? I call it the Biggest Kleenex Box, because every episode gets me crying over some over-dramatized family moment or whatever. Same goes for the shows where they build new homes for deserving people and all that jazz. I am such a sucker for tearjerkers!
But seriously, I would love to see what I could do with this bod of mine with Jillian kicking my a** in the gym for 9-10 hours/day. I would be ready for the cover of Shape... ha ha ... assuming not preggo. Ah yes, a girl can dream...

Re: Biggest Loser
I LOVE Biggest Loser! I keep telling myself that it's okay to Tivo it and watch in on Wednesdays (staying up until 10 is pushing it these days!), but I can't stand knowing that it's on and that I am missing it. So I stay up too late and feel crappy on Wednesdays, but it is so amazing what they can do in such a short amount of time. I get teary too because they're trying so hard to change their lives, and that isn't easy.
I'm glad I'm not the only Loser-lover on here!

yes, it is cool to see them transform themselves... they do work incredibly hard! i was so proud of the girl who won the last season (sorry, her name escapes me)... but for a woman to beat the men really is TOUGH! she is just so cute and now super fit... i think her body fat was 13% at the end.

Re: Biggest Loser
Ali won last season....she looked incredible!
I haven't seen it this season due to a crazy schedule but I've been reading up online.
I'd love a few months with Jillian as my trainer, ohh and Rocco as my chef. A girl can dream, can't she???

Re: Biggest Loser
I LOVE Biggest Loser!! I agree with the tissues...it always has me teary-eyed too! I was a little surprised by the orange team last week...they voted off the Gray when they saved their butts the week before! And the whole time the Orange guy was like "I don't care what you say I'm not voting for Gray" and they did anyway!! I just felt bad for the Gray team because I know they were hoping that the Orange team was going to have their back
RE: Biggest Loser
I watch it all the time too! And yep, makes me cry. But that isn't saying much, not only do I cry at Biggest Loser and Extreme Home Makeover, I sometimes find myself bawling over Hallmark commercials or PARADES (for God's sake)! At least I'm not quite as bad as my mother...she cries when she sees an ambulance. My family is an emotional wreck.
I'm not as keen on Loser this year now that I'm pregnant. It used to motivate me and all that jazz....now I just sit there thinking, "I could be that fat after all this baby business is over!"

my family too, a bunch of cryers... one time i was watching the movie Love Actually with my DH (then boyfriend), and I had a complete meltdown... and it wasn't the first time i had seen the movie!! i must have been having hormonal issues or something, because i was a complete basket case! he was really sweet about it, though, and i thought geez, i should marry this guy!!

LOL yall are so funny. I cry at a lot of things but I end up laughing at myself for crying at silly stuff. The biggest looser still motivates me to work out. I am trying hard to stay healthy while I am prego so I am not so fat after I have this little girl.
