Here are some pics of Jake when he was first born. My DH stayed with him in the nursery. I missed out on all of that, it makes me sad but happy that DH was able to start bonding with our son.

This was me right out of recovery and meeting my son for the first time. I wasn't able to hold him because all the meds gave me the shakes so bad.

Thank you ladies!! I am afraid you will have to fight with my DH about cuddling with Jake. Usually after I feed Jake I give him to daddy. Jeff holds Jake for hours. I know DH wishes he could feed Jake so I am more than happy to have DH hold him after I am done so they can bond. I know its going to be really hard on DH to go back to work this week. I want them to spend as much time together as possible.
Yes, my boy is very tall..he is in the 95% range. Daddy is 6'3", but he has long fingers like his momma.
