I wake up this morning...not that I slept...but

I didn't except to wake up and find that Olivia was running a fever of 102.7...and Brad goes back to work tomorrow, Brad's Parents left today, Olivia can't go to daycare running a fever, so tomorrow should be an interesting one. We had quite a few visitors today so no naps for Brad and I. And our plans for tonight were ruined, we have friends in town from Georgia, they flew in, and we had dinner plans (Pizza at our house) with another family and them, but with Olivia sick, and the other friend's little one is sick too, plans were cancelled, probably for the best since we are actually getting a snow storm...never happens here in Richmond.

Dee - I hope you got home before this all started, because C'Ville is expecting up to 12 inches...good gracious.

And Avery HATES her Co-Sleeper, she can only stay asleep for 45 minutes at a time, tonight we are trying the Papasan...

It has to get easier, right? I hate when my kids are sick, it not only ruins plans but it's hard to function with sick kiddos--throws everyone out of whack! I'll be thinking of you as you are left alone with baby and sick Olivia tomorrow--hang in there, put on some videos and kick back with the girls!!!

Oh yeah, I forgot that Olivia turns into a Dee Dee Monster (TV in her language) when she is sick, maybe she will actually sit down and watch some TV, I just worry that she will want to sit in my lap all day like she has wanted to do all day today and I won't be able to cuddle with her like I would have liked to, I hate making her feel like she is second fiddle, but Avery can't do anything by herself, not like Olivia understands that...

I hope that Olivia starts to feel better tomorrow. Hopefully Avery will take some long naps and you can have some "Olivia" time. Sorry to hear that she is sick again.

I am sorry to hear Olivia is sick again. Poor little thing!! Let her watch the "Dee Dee" and get some rest. Hopefully Avery will sleep and you can cuddle with Olivia. I hope Avery sleeps better tonight. I know the first night home with Alyssa was rough, but the second night was not so bad and every night after has been pretty good too! Good luck Leigh....I hope your girls let you get some rest.

Oh yuk! Sorry to hear Olivia is sick. Sounds like my house. When I woke up yesterday Grayson was sick again and Logan was still sick. Its gotta end sometime! We are getting that same storm track you guys are. Where im at, we are supposed to get 12-15" but at my house they claim 5-8". I am 40 min away.... cant be that much of a difference..

I didnt know Avery came home. How are things going? Thats exciting news! Congratulations!!!

Well Olivia woke up at 5am and appears to feel 100% better, she is wired and all over the place. THANK GOD we got the storm and Brad doesn't have to go to work, because with all the energy Olivia has I would be in big trouble if I was here alone.

Wow, I'm so glad Brad doesn't have to go in to work!! What a treat to have an extra day at home with his girls---not to mention how nice it wil be to have the extra hands to help out with your wild monkey!!! Still, I hope you can continue to get some rest--how is Avery doing??

Happy that things worked out and that Olivia is feeling better. I guess that you found a silver lining to all this snow, happy that the storm made it better for you.
